Patrice O’Neill-Wilhelm APRN is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience working in healthcare. She began her career caring for critically ill patients at Yale New Haven Hospital. After becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked for Yale Medicine in a specialty department in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

 

More recently, her clinical interests have shifted to prevention and early detection and treatment of disease. She partners with her patients when developing a treatment plan to provide personalized care.​ She is a Certified Nurse Educator and has worked as an adjunct professor in the Nursing department at Southern Connecticut State University.
