Patrice O’Neill-Wilhelm APRN is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience working in healthcare. She began her career as an RN caring for critically ill patients at Yale New Haven Hospital. After becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked for Yale Medicine in a specialty department in both inpatient and outpatient settings. More recently, her clinical interests have shifted to prevention and early detection and treatment of disease. She partners with her clients when developing a treatment plan to provide personalized and holistic care.

Patrice is active in her community, participating in various volunteer activities. She is a Certified Nurse Educator and works as an adjunct professor in the Nursing department at Southern Connecticut State University.
